YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH – 4 WEEK COURSE
Do you discuss concepts of mindfulness, grounding, and embodiment with your therapist, but have little opportunity to integrate these concepts in sessions?
Yoga for Mental Health is an evidence-based program that integrates psychotherapy and yoga. This program supports you with personalised yoga therapy practices to improve your mental health.
You will learn to cultivate new habits that support your physical and emotional wellbeing, with practices based on your individual needs.
The program at TreeHaus is delivered in two parts:
Yoga and Mindfulness for Mental Health Workshop
Saturday February 29th 10am – 12pm
Individualised Yoga Therapy Classes
A package of 3 yoga therapy classes tailored to your needs.
Saturday mornings or Monday evenings (to suit your schedule)
